Colorado Springs Airport

Colorado Springs, Colorado

The Colorado Springs Airport Road Signage Modifications and Upgrades project was created to accommodate the airport’s ongoing effort to update its overall Master Plan. In accordance with this effort, our team members worked with Carter Burgess to develop a comprehensive and distinctive roadway signage and wayfinding system that would update the airport’s identity and improve its roadway circulation.

The signage system and wayfinding solutions developed gave priority to roadway traffic safety while maintaining financial feasibility, operational efficiency, environmental prudence, and quality aesthetics. Our team members also assisted in the implementation of the roadway signage by providing construction administration services that ensured quality control of the signage program was maintained and that all services performed adhered to the design intent aesthetic, professional engineering quality, and standards that were set forth by the design intent drawings.
